Hans J. Apostel: Mr. Apostel is a founding partner of OSF Merchant Banking and the head of its investment committee. With the recent foundation of OSF Merchant Banking, he capitalizes alongside long-term co-investors and operating partners over 30 years of advice & deal expertise in Brazil, Europe and the USA. Prior to his current and recent past responsibilities, he founded in 1987 Apostel & Co, pioneering the concept of management buy-outs in the early 90's in Brazil. Prior to forming Apostel & Co, he founded and led from 1978 to 1987 the Sao Paulo office of Roland Berger, a leading Germany-based strategy consulting firm. Mr. Apostel received degrees with high distinction in engineering and economics from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany (Dipl.Wirtsch.ing) and concluded the Owner and President Management Program of the Harvard Business School (OPM21). Since the early 80's, Mr. Apostel has served in different company boards and business organizations in Europe, Brazil and the United States.

Thomas Jetter: Mr. Jetter is a founding partner of Digital + Partners, a EUR 300 million technology fund established in Germany, served as a senior partner of Permira, a European private equity firm with approximately €EUR 20 billion under management, from 1995 through 2008. Mr. Jetter left Permira to focus his investment activities on Brazil. At Permira, Mr. Jetter initiated, monitored and managed transactions with an enterprise value of more than €EUR 6 billion, largely in the chemical, consumer goods and electronics sectors. Mr. Jetter helped to build and run Permira's global chemicals sector from 2000 through 2007. He was a member of the partner-election committee and still serves as Senior Advisor to Permira, in Europe. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Jetter worked at McKinsey & Co. in Frankfurt, Germany and São Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Jetter started his career at JPMorgan in Frankfurt and New York, where he worked in the investment banking division covering financial institutions from 1985 through 1988. Mr. Jetter currently serves on the board of Cognis and Sirona, both with investments in Brazil. He received a PhD degree in economics/banking from the University of Saarbrücken, Germany, where he also received an MBA degree

OPERATING PARTNERS:

Dr. Volker Trautz: Mr. Trautz was the Chief Executive Officer of Lyondell Basell Industries, one of the world's largest polymers, petrochemicals and fuels companies. Prior to this, Mr. Trautz was President and Chief Executive Officer of Basell, a position he held since the venture launched in 2000. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Trautz was a member of the Board of Executive Directors of BASF, with responsibilities including polymers, polymers laboratory and the Asia region. In 1992, he took over as head of BASF's information systems division, assuming the position of Managing Director of BASF Magnetics GmbH, Mannheim, Germany. He became Managing Director of BASF Brasileira S.A. in São Paulo (Brazil) in 1988, where he was appointed President and became Head of the Latin America south division two years later. In 1978, Mr. Trautz moved to Glasurit do Brasil, where he was appointed a member of the Executive Management team in 1985. In 1974, after working as an assistant at the University of Stuttgart, Mr. Trautz studied chemistry at the University of Stuttgart, where he received his doctorate in 1973. Mr. Trautz is a member of the Board of Evonik Industries, Citigroup Global Markets Deutschland AG,La Seda de Barcelona S.A.and Cerona Companhia de Energia Renovável.

SENIOR ADVISER:

Harald Rönn: Mr. Rönn is a private investor. He was a founding partner at Alpha Gruppe from 1997-2011. Alpha is a top quartile independent private equity firm mainly focused on mid-cap. family owned businesses, with more than 120 completed transactions in many different countries such as Germany, France, Italy, Benelux and Switzerland. In this environment Mr. Rönn completed and managed various transactions exceeding EUR 1 billion in enterprise value in various sectors such as media, consumer goods and industrials. Mr. Rönn is currently a member of Alpha's Executive Committee. Before joining Alpha, Mr. Rönn was an investment director at 3i, a publicly traded private equity firm focused on mid-cap buyout transactions in Germany. Prior to the 6 years at 3i, Mr. Rönn worked as RVP at Citicorp's corporate banking division out of Frankfurt, covering Latin American (mainly Brazil) with German chemical and pharmaceutical multinationals. Mr. Rönn started his career at Hoechst, Sao Paulo, in 1983 as assistant to the executive management board. Mr. Rönn is currently non-executive director to the boards of Uster, Etimex and Eterna, more over he has served on various others boards in the past, including Jost, Hyva and Hochwald, all with a strong presence in Brazil. Mr. Rönn received his Bachelor's degree in business administration with post-graduation in finance and marketing from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Sao Paulo.
